MUSLIMS: Would you be offended if a non Muslim woman decided to wear a hijab or headscarf or burka in public? I AM NOT A MUSLIM, but I've always thought that the religion and culture is cool. *PLEASE NO RUDE ANSWERS* Would you be offended if you saw me wearing a headscarf or a burka or some sort of Muslim clothing thing in public without being Muslim looking? I do have a tan, btw. Could I wear a hijab with jeans? I just like feeling modest. I am tired of perverted men looking at me. btw, how can I become a Muslim? thanks. Also, can a non muslim person walk into a muslim clothing store in California?
Of course not :) Modesty is a beautiful aspect within a person hence should e expressed! To become a Muslim one must simply pronounce the Shahaadatayn (Declaration of Faith) with sincerity and conviction. The Shahadah can be declared as follows: "ASH-HADU ANLA ELAHA ILLA-ALLAH WA ASH-HADU ANNA MOHAMMADAN RASUL-ALLAH".
