Campbell's Soup Is Going Halal To Appease Enemy-Financed Group
To orthodox Muslims, halal (Arabic term for "permissible" or "recommended") is a substantial practice. In conditions of diet, halal is to Muslims as kosher is to Jews. And halal is catching on, accounts The Stir. Campbell's Soup has decided to create halal-approved varieties marked by the Islamic Society of North America (ISNA). ISNA-emblazoned Campbell's Soup cans will hit Canadian shelves first.

Everybody is in debate about Campbell's soup right now. This is all due to the halal-certified merchandise being pushed.
