If a child under the age of 2 is milked by another woman does that really mean he also becomes her child?

I have read this somewhere, and want to know if under Islam jurisprudence it is acceptable that a child be considered mahram if he has drank the milk of his adoptive mother.

Islam does recognise breast milk ties like that of blood.
If one suckles the child, the child becomes the woman’s foster son hence her mahram.

——extra info—–
The ninth condition to be Mahrimaat is by milk sucking.
Child should given milk sucking till the age of two, whether boy or girl. After that it is not permissible.
And to suck intentionally after 2and a half years just to make nikaah haraam will not work, even thou it is not permissible. That is even if not permissible to suck after two years, if someone suck intentionally to make mahrim, wont make the nikaah haraam. And it counts as from 2 and a half years, if done in the laps of 2and a half years time, then it will make one mahrim.
After 2 years of lactation it is not permissible to suck even for medication.
Little drops or more quantity of milk, if administered by mouth or nose, will make one mahrim. If taken by veins or from other entries below, then it won’t make mahrim.
Milk of a woman if mixed with water, if it is higher than the water, or mixed with animal’s milk and is higher than animal’s milk, makes mahrim.
To put milk in eyes, or ear won’t make mahrim.
If took breast in mouth and is not aware that the milk went inside or not, then is not mahrim.
